project process

The Essentials Package


01. Client Onboarding 

At the beginning of the project I will issue an invoice requiring a 50% deposit to be made towards the project (AU $475). I will also send through a standard design contract for you to read, sign and return.

02. Questionnaire

Once the deposit is received and the signed contract returned, I will send through a little homework for you in the form of the brand questionnaire, which you then fill out and return to me. I'll then send you through a project timeline outlining the estimated completion dates for each stage of the project.

03. Design

Using the strategic information gathered from the questionnaire, I will begin developing your primary and secondary logo concepts. I will experiment with a variety of different design directions and variations before narrowing it down to the strongest solution for each. I will then send you an in-depth PDF concept presentation which will showcase the strongest primary logo design and strongest secondary logo design, and I will walk you through the rationale behind the design concept.

04. Refine

I want to provide the best logo design solution for your business. In order to achieve this outcome, I offer two rounds of refinement free-of-charge. The refinement process allows us both to analyse what is and isn’t working so we can strengthen the design concept.   

05. Finalise 

Once you approve the primary and secondary logo design, I will issue a final invoice for the remaining due balance (AU $475) and I will begin compiling your brand style guide.

06. Project Wrap-up

Once final payment is received, you will receive a link to a Dropbox folder which will contain your primary logo files, secondary logo files, and brand style guide.
